      教学内容
      本项目活动(prject)是做一项健康调查。学生以小组为单位制作和发放用英语写的调查问卷,收集关于同学生活方式的信息;之后对收集到的信息进行数据统计和分析;最后,用英语准备一个书面的调查报告,针对调查中发现的不良生活方式给出解决建议。
      教学重点:
      与本单元健康话题相关语言的综合运用;
      根据调查结果撰写英语调查报告。
      教学难点:
      调查问卷中的问题设计。

      As we all knw, a survey frm is called a questinnaire which gives a list f questins f different types t gain useful infrmatin frm the respndents.
      Fur types f questins: Cnfirmatin Questins, Multiple-chice Questins, Scale Questins, and Open-ended Questins.

      1. Brainstrm the questins fr the questinnaire.
      Brainstrming plays a very imprtant rle fr us t cllect questins.
      (1)We think frm tw different aspects in this case, physical and mental. There are sme ideas in Part 1 n P23 fr yur reference.

      There are several ways t distribute the survey. Print as many cpies as yu need r use nline tls. T make it easier, nline survey tls are encuraged t be used t help yu make, distribute, and cllect yur questinnaires. Here is an example: ""

      Activity 4:Analyse yur survey results.
      Creating pie charts, bar charts are tw cmmn ways f summarizing data. Using nline tls r creating them in Wrd, Excel r PPT wuld save yu a lt f time.
      Take the ne n P23 fr example, it shws us that abut 37% f students in yur class never skip meals, 50% f them skip meals nce a week, and 8% f them skip meals several times a week.

      This is the reprt fr yur reference:
      We asked ur classmates a series f questins abut their physical and mental health. They gave many different answers, but we fund sme cmmn lifestyle prblems in ur results.
      A cmmn prblem is the time spent in frnt f cmputer screens r phnes. We recmmend keeping track f screen time by using a tracking app. When we are aware f the time we are spending, we are mre likely t spend less time. We als recmmend taking up a hbby that can be dne instead f screen time.Anther prblem many students have is nt drinking enugh water. It is very imprtant fr yur health, s we recmmend carrying a refillable water bttle with yu everywhere and filling it up at least three times a day.
      A cmmn mental health prblem is that students ften feel stressed, which smetimes makes them depressed. We recmmend exercise, nt nly because it is gd fr yur physical health, but als because it is gd fr yur mind. Exercising utside in the fresh air r even ging fr a walk can help calm yur mind and make yu feel less anxius r depressed.
