随着科技的发展和生活水平的提高,很多人养成了不健康的生活习惯,如很多人经常熬夜,不吃早饭,不参加体育锻炼,吃过多的高热量食物等等,这些都是非常不健康的生活习惯。长期如此,身心健康会受到极大影响。
本单元的写作是有关摒弃不良的生活方式、培养良好的生活习惯的,对应了《普通高中英语课程标准》(2017年版2020年修订)中的“人与自我”这一主题,要求考生能够就“健康的生活方式、积极的生活态度”表达自己的想法。
写作思路如下:
1.首段:描述不健康的生活习惯(即提出问题);
2.主体段:改掉不健康的生活习惯的措施(即采取行动);
3.尾段:措施产生的效果或建议。
