Presentation

1. Listen and guess

Play the sound of dog, pig, cow, cat…, ask ss to say out the name quickly. (Oink, oink, what’s this?) And then introduce “Kitty”, “Hello, Kitty!”

2. Enjoy a rhyme

  Kitty, Kitty, where are you?  Kitty, Kitty, I see you.

  Kitty, Kitty, where are you?  Kitty, Kitty, I see you.

3. Look and learn

Show some pictures and learn new words. Ask ss “What’s this? It’s a…” Put Kitty on the sofa, and teach to say “It’s on the sofa.” Use the same way to teach vase, basket, in…

模仿动物叫声，回顾旧知识，引出“Kitty”。简单韵律诗熟悉Kitty。用Kitty为主线来学习相关物体与方位介词on/in/under

/behind，并加以动作指示学生。

Practice

1. Use “Kitty” to review some words ss have learnt.
