1. 通过快速查找tpic sentences，梳理文本结构；
2. 通过绘制时间轴，理解阿斯旺大坝项目的始末；
3. 通过探讨阿斯旺大坝项目的意义，了解文化遗产保护和经济发展之间的平衡关系。
教学内容
教学重难点：
指导学生从整体和关键细节两方面分析文本，绘制时间轴，聚焦阿斯旺大坝项目的意义，培养学生探究主题意义的逻辑思维能力；与同伴探讨文化遗产保护和经济发展之间的平衡关系。学生们缺少这几个方面的能力，使得教学重点也成为了难点。

本活动为落实课时目标1作铺垫。
