活动一:制作问卷
1. Ask students t wrk in grups and make a survey. Have them design a multiple-chice questinnaire t cllect infrmatin.

In rder t better understand the physical and mental health and behaviur f students implement the fundamental task f mral educatin,and prmte the all-rund develpment f students’, mrality, intelligence, sprts, beauty and labur, a questinnaire survey was carried ut frm December 11, 2020 t January 11, 2021.The feedback f the investigatin is as fllws:

(2) Analysis f survey results.
Mst f the parents f primary and secndary schl students participated in the %~60.94% f the parents thught that their children had sme physical and mental health prblems. When children need psychlgical cunseling, 17.19% f them chse schl psychlgical teachers, 51.56%chse psychlgical cunseling experts, and 31.25%chse relatives and friends. Parents are mre inclined t seek help frm prfessinals. Fr the lcatin f psychlgical cnsultatin and cmmunicatin, the first chice f parents was at hme, accunting fr 73.44%.Amng the respndents, 21.88% f the children in the family have participated in the mental health survey test, 78.12% f the children inthe family have nt participated, and 92.19% f the respndents think that the healthy develpment f children’s bdy and mind needs the participatin f the schl, and 71.88% f the families. The mst influential factrs f children’s physical and mental health develpment are academic pressure, accunting fr 90.63%, expectatins given by parents accunting fr 62.5%, cmmunicatin with parents and classmates accunting fr 53.13%, and negative impact f new media accunting fr 45.31%. It can be cncluded that the respndents believe that academic pressure is still the primary factr affecting children’s physical and mental develpment. 75% f the respndents are nt very clear abut the physical and mental health prmtin prject carried ut by the educatin department. The educatin department shuld strengthen the implementatin f the prject, d a gd jb in publicity, and imprve the awareness rate f parents. Amng the five aspects f physical and mental health f children and adlescents, the highest chice rate f parents was healthy campus, accunting fr 92.19%.
(3) Next steps and plans.
Accrding t the survey results, we will cntinue t vigrusly implement the student physical and mental health prtectin prject. We shuld adhere t mral educatin and build an integrated mral educatin system fr primary, middle and yung children. We shuld strengthen the cnstructin f idelgical and plitical educatin and imprve the quality f educatin. Strengthen the implementatin f “physical and mental health” prject, and innvate the integrated training mde f “five educatin” simultaneusly. We shuld imprve schl mental health educatin and create a flexible family and schl scial educatin platfrm.
