T: Lk at the wrds in red. Can yu tell me hw t add ’s crrectly? Have a discussin with yur partner.
(1) Add ’s t a singular nun.
(2) Add ’ t a plural nun ending in –s.
(3) Add ’s t plural nuns that d nt end in –s, such as children’s, peple’s, men’s, wmen’s.
(4) We use ’s with names. When a name ends in –s, we can add ’s r ’.
