Talk abut the cuisine appearing in previus learning perids f this unit
Activity 2: Brainstrming
Talk abut the factrs that shuld be cnsidered if yu plan t pen a new restaurant
Activity 3: Grup discussin
Discuss the fllwing questins in grups f six and have a general idea f the restaurant：
What kind f restaurant will it be? (e.g. fine dining, casual family, r fast fd? theme? franchised加盟? business hur? )
What kind f cuisine will yu serve? (fd & cking methd)
Wh will be yur custmers?
Hw much will yu charge?
Where will the restaurant be lcated?
Activity 4: Grup divisin & cperatin
Finish the fllwing tasks in 8 minutes with each grup member in charge f ne task:
