    I want t change because I want t be able t lk at myself and feel happy with hw I lk. I als want t be healthy.
    My plan is t change my diet and exercise rutine. I will stp eating sugar, and nly eat at mealtimes rather than eating snacks during the day. I will fcus n healthy fds.
