一、动词不定式做主语时的主谓一致原则1.单个动词不定式做主语时,谓语动词用单数形式。T imprve English is the mst urgent thing fr me nw.提高英语是我现在最紧急的事情。2.两个或两个以上的动词不定式做主语,若语意一致或基本一致、或动词不定式作为一个整体,谓语用单数形式。T lve and t be lved is the greatest happiness ne can seek.爱与被爱是一个人所能寻找的最大的幸福。
3.两个或两个以上的动词不定式做主语时,若语意不一致,谓语动词用复数形式。T imprve peple’s lives and t speed up scial cnstructin are tw imprtant tasks.改善人们的生活和加快社会建设是两项重要任务。
二、it用作形式主语1.多数情况用it做形式主语,把真正的主语——动词不定式置于句末,特别是动词不定式短语较长时。T learn English well is nt easy.=It’s nt easy t learn English well.学好英语不容易。It is ur duty t try ur best t deal with these prblems.尽力处理这些问题是我们的责任。
2.用it做形式主语,把真正的主语动词不定式置于句后,常用于下列句式中:(1)It be+名词+t dIt’s ur duty t take gd care f the ld.照顾老人是我们的责任。(2)It takes sb sme time t dHw lng did it take yu t finish the wrk?你花了多长时间完成这项工作?
(3)It be+形容词+fr sb t dIt is difficult fr us t finish writing the cmpsitin in a quarter f an hur.我们很难在一刻钟内写完这篇作文。(4)It be+形容词+f sb t d“It is kind f yu t help thers”,the teacher says.老师说:“你帮助其他人,真是太善良了。”

四、动词不定式做主语与动词-ing形式做主语的区别动词不定式做主语往往表示具体的或一次性的动作;动词-ing形式做主语往往表示一般或抽象的行为动作。Playing with fire is dangerus.(泛指玩火)玩火是危险的。T play with fire will be dangerus.(指某一具体动作)玩火将很危险。
