设计说明 本课时学习有关学校规则的相关对话。教学时通过复述Section A中的诗歌及谈论学生在学校的经历导入新课,然后让学生讨论曾经发生在他们身上的事情,过渡到1a与1b的活动中。通过不同的任务对听力材料加以处理,让学生多维度地利用听力材料。 教学目标 通过本课时的学习,让学生达成以下目标: 1. 知识目标: (1)短语:get to class late, worry about, fail a test, take the test, pass the test, be strict with (2)句子:① —I think Peter should… —I don’t agree. ②Parents should not be too strict with teenagers. 2. 能力目标: 谈论学校规则,并能发表自己的观点。 3. 情感目标: 通过学习,做一个自觉遵守规章制度的好学生。 重点难点 1. 重点:(1)进一步加强学生对含情态动词的被动语态用法的掌握; (2)让学生学会分析和归纳含情态动词的被动语态的用法; (3)让学生通过听力训练并结合实际生活情境理解和运用对话中的 知识点。 2. 难点:(1)让学生用频率副词来谈论学校生活; (2)让学生用目标语言谈论一些校规,表达同意或不同意的观点。 教学准备 PPT课件,1c,1d的录音 教学过程 Step 1 Lead-in 1. Retell the passage in Section A 3a. 2. Make a conversation: A: I (don’t) think teenagers should be allowed to…/ Do you think teenagers should be allowed to… B: I agree/disagree. 3. Present a conversation. T: I always get to class on time. How about you? S1: Sometimes. /Always. /… T: Being on time is a good habit. By the way, do you ever worry about failing a test? S2: Yes, always/sometimes/usually. /No, seldom/never. T: If you study hard every day, there is nothing to worry about. Don’t you think so? Ss: ... 4. Get the students to make up simple conversations with the following phrases. Do you ever…? get to class late study with friends take the exam pass the exam fail the exam worry about failing the exam help your parents do housework travel alone 5. Ask some students to present their conversations in pair. Step 2 Speaking 1. Work on 1a. Read the questions. How often do you do these things? Write A for always, U for usually, S for sometimes and N for never. Then talk with a partner about other things you do. Do you ever... (1) get to class late? ______ (2) study with friends? ______ (3) finish a test early? ______ (4) worry about failing a test? ______ (5) … 2. Ask students to talk about their answers in 1a. For example: A: Do you ever get to class late? B: Yes, I sometimes get to class late. Step 3 Listening 1. Listen and circle the things in 1a that Peter talks about.
