The teacher shws his/her favurite Chinese dish and hw t make it.Then asks students t share their favurite Chinese dishes and the instructins t make them.
T:My favurite dish is Gngba chicken.What is yur favurite Chinese dish?
S1:I like beef ndles.
S2:I like sweet and sur prk.
T:Hw d we make these dishes? Nw let's share yur favurite Chinese dishes.

Step 2 Listening & Speaking(2a~2b)
The teacher shws a picture f stir-fried eggs and tmates and asks students t discuss the instructins t make the dish in grups.

1.Ask students t listen t the cnversatin and fill in the blanks.

第二课时 Sectin A(2a~2d)
Stir-fried Eggs and Tmates
Instructins:
First,cut the tmates int small pieces.
Next,mix the eggs in a bwl.
Then,heat sme il and stir-fry the eggs fr ne minute and then take the eggs ut f the pan.
Next,ck the tmates in the pan until they are sft.
Then,add sme salt and sugar.
Finally,put the eggs back int the pan and mix them with the tmates.
