What: 本课时语音练习及一篇对话篇章。语音部分任务1主要介绍了辅音音标/p/，/b/，/t/，/d/，/k/，/ɡ/，/f/，/v/，和辅音字母及字母组合的发这些音的规则，任务2主要介绍不完全爆破的发音特点。对话篇章主要是Teng Fei、Peter和Emma三人商量一起加入音乐社团，互相交流各自拥有的音乐才能。
Why: 通过本课时的学习让学生学会用情态动词can表示能力的核心句型描述自己和他人具备的才能。同时，展现了朋友之间互相鼓励、互相支持。
Hw: 通过三人之间的交谈复习询问和回答关于个人才能的目标语言；能根据社团招募新成员的要求，综合分析选择社团的理由，结合自身实际情况选择合适的社团。
二、教学内容
1. 发/p/，/b/，/t/，/d/，/k/，/ɡ/，/f/，/v/音的字母和字母组合以及不完全爆破的发音特点。
2. 能够清楚地阐述自己和同学的能力以及社团选择。
三、教学目标
【知识与技能】
1. 掌握以下重点单词及短语：
news，exactly，ability，paint，musical instrument，have n idea，sing well，play chess，paint well，read with feeling，start a music club，play the guitar.
2. 掌握下列句型：
①—What club d yu want t jin?—I want t jin the sprts club.
②—What instruments can yu play?—I can play the drums.
③—She can play the vilin，right?—Yes，she can.
④—Can yu…?—Yes，I can./N，I can't.Hw abut yu?
3. 能根据对话信息提取重点内容，并分类，归纳总结。

四、教学重难点
重点：
1. 能够区分一些发音相似但略有不同的辅音字母组合。

Play the prnunciatin f the fllwing wrds: park；cap；apple，let students repeat.
T: What prnunciatin des these wrds have in cmmn?
Ss: They all have /p/.
T: Great. They all have /p/. Nw, lk at these wrds, d yu knw which wrds can prnunce /p/.
Ss: p；pp.
Cnclude the ther seven wrds’ prnunciatin in the same way.

Let students listen t the recrding and repeat after the recrding.
