Prject: Make a fd recipe f Spring Rlls in China
The dish: Spring Rlls --- a Ppular Chinese New Year Fd
A brief intrductin:
Eating spring rlls is a way t welcme the arrival f spring.
The glden spring rlls lk like gld bars — which symblize wealth.
Ingredients：
250g flur pwder, tw eggs, tw mushrms, 100g carrt, 300g
celery, 80g bean curd skin, green nin, five clves f garlic, ginger
Seasnings:
sesame il, cking il,
pepper pwder, salt
Steps:
Making the Wrappers:
Take ut the prepared dugh
Rll the dugh flat with a rlling pin
Fld the dugh sheet and cut it int (10cm×10cm) squares
Stir-frying the Filling:
Pur the filling int the wk.
Stir-fry fr 3-5 minutes t ensure all cking il is absrbed.
Add salt and pepper , and tss t mix the seasnings with all ingredients.
Making Spring Rlls:
Put sme filling in the wrapper.
Fld the edges, and rll the wrapper with the fillings inside.
Place several drps f egg n the last edge t seal it.
Frying Spring Rlls:
Add 400-500ml cking il int a clean wk and heat it until ht.
Add the Spring Rlls and fry 2 minutes until they turn glden.
Remve them t a plate. Dn't eat any until they cl dwn.
