mre than 可以看作一个固定词组,后面可跟名词(或动名词)、动词、形容词和从句等。由于后面所接形式不同,mre than 的用法和译法也不相同。具体如下:

1.n mre than + 基数词,意思是"不过、仅仅、只有",相当于nly, 表示"只这么多",有"少"的含义。
