After years f practice/'præktɪs/, Zha Yue is nw a great master f paper-cutting. Her wrks n the walls in her hme are beautiful. They are in the shape f flwers, birds, fish and landscapes /'lændskeɪps/.
“Paper-cuts /'peɪpə kʌts/are nt just beautiful. W e use them t express /ɪk'spres/ ur wishes. At the Spring Festival, we put them up n windws and drs fr gd luck,” says Zha Yue. “And at weddings, we put up ‘duble happiness/'hæpinəs/’ in the new cuple’s/'kʌplz/ hme fr gd wishes.”
