    在复合句中,修饰或限定某一名词或代词的从句叫定语从句。主句中被定语从句修饰的词叫先行词。
    引导定语从句的关系代词和关系副词有三个作用:
    1. 连接作用:引导从句,和主句相连;
    2. 替代作用:在从句中替代被从句所修饰的先行词;
    3. 在从句中充当成分:作主语、宾语、表语、定语,状语。

    三.介词+which/ whm引导的定语从句
    Discussin: 如何选用介词

    1.介词的选用原则: a依从句中的动词,形容词,名词与介词的固定搭配而定b依先行词与从句中动词的关系及所表达的含义而定
    2.当介词放在关系代词前面时,关系代词只能用whm(指人)或which(指物)不能用that,且关系代词不能省略。

    3.当介词位于定语从句末尾时,可用 which/that(指物), wh/whm/that(指人)作从句中介词的宾语.而且作介词宾语的关系代词可以省略。

    4.在一些固定搭配的动词短语中,由于动词和介词不可分割,因此不能把介词置于关系代词之前。如: lk after,lk fr, be made f, take part in, lk frward t

    6.部分词汇/结构+f+关系代词
    部分词汇/结构:1,all, bth, nne ,neither ,either, many, mst, few, several, enugh, half, sme, any2,数词(基数词,序数词,百分数,分数)+f+名词3, the+形容词最高级/比较级+f+名词

    7.关系副词=介词+关系代词
    when=in/n/at +which where=in/n/at +which why= fr + which
