本句是对某人患有疾病的询问,相当于What’s the truble(with yu)?/What’s the matter(with yu)?/What’s wrng (with yu)?/What ’s up (with yu)?/“你哪儿不舒服/怎么了?”。此句型中matter,truble是名词,故前要加冠词the。
如:—What’s the matter with yu? 你怎么了? —I have a tthache. 我牙疼。
2. I have a cld. (教材P1图片文字)
have 在此处作及物动词,意为“患病”,可与get或catch 互换。 cld 前可用bad,heavy等词修饰。have a bad cld意为“重感冒”。

如:由于气温急剧下降,许多学生得了重感冒。
【易错警示】have表示“患病”时, 不可用于进行时。

stmachache 作名词,意为“胃痛;腹痛” 由“stmach(胃;腹部) + ache (疼痛)”构成。
tth(牙齿) + ache = tthache (牙痛)head(头) + ache = headache (头痛)back(背) + ache = backache (背痛)
【拓展延伸】 “人体部位+ache” 常表示“……痛”,常见的还有:
