难点: 熟练地运用句型“She wears a...”对事物的颜色、属性等特征进行描述。

三、教学准备

水彩笔若干枝、三个不同颜色的盘子、小国旗一面、教学挂图、教学磁带等。

四、教学步骤

Step 1   Warming up

1. 师生问候
2. 听英语歌曲Color song。

Step 2    Presentation and drill

1. 出示红、白、橘、蓝、灰水彩笔各一枝。

T: Look! I borrowed five color pens from you. They are beautiful. OK! I will return them to you now.(拿出其中一支红色的)Whose color pen is this?

S1: Yes, it is. My pen is red. Thank you, Miss Zeng. /No, it isn't.

以同样的方法复习巩固已学的表示颜色的单词。让学生完整地表达。

2. 出示小国旗。

T: Look at the flag. What colors can you see?

S1: Red.

S2: Yellow.

T: Good. There are two colors. Most of it is red, and the stars are yellow. So how can we describe the flag?

   S3: It's red and yellow.

帮助学生回答，并理解描述含有两种颜色的事物用and连接。然后让学生们练习描述身边的事物。

   T: What color is your T-shirt?

   S1: My T-shirt is white and blue.

   T: What color is that pencil-box?

   S2: It's yellow and black.

   T: Is our National flag red and blue?

   S3: No, it isn't!

   T: Right. American's National flag is red and blue. Our National flag is red and yellow.

3. 出示课文A部分教学挂图。

T: What are they doing? Oh! They are watching a show. Look! There is a dancer. She wears a ...引出新单词brown、grey、shoes、socks、sweater、skirt，教学新单词。

4. 听课文A部分录音，复述所听的内容。
5. 听录音、跟读。
6. 分小组练习。
7. 分角色表演。

1.自由会话。让学生利用手中实物或老师提供的物品，改变课文内容，并进行表演。可由一部分学生表演，一部分学生配音。

2.评价。评出最佳导演、最佳演员和最佳配音奖，教师可以将他们推荐给校园英语电视台。

1.能听懂、会说新单词:

2.能灵活运用句型描述物品的颜色；

3.通过阅读理解课文D部分小故事，培养阅读能力，以及在生活中灵活运用语言材料的能力。

二、教学重点及难点

重点: 掌握新单词。

难点: 理解故事大意；理解反义词cold和warm。

三、教学准备

单词卡片、教学磁带、教学挂图或课件等。

四、教学步骤

Step 1 Warming up

1、  师生问候。

2、自由会话。

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1.出示单词卡片dark blue bag。

T: What color is the bag?

Ss: It's blue.

T: Almost right. What color is the sea?

Ss: It's blue, too.

T: But the color of the two things is different, right?

Ss: Yes.

T: So we can say the bag is dark blue.

板书单词dark blue bag，解释含义，带读。让学生们在身边寻找类似的例子。

2.用类似的方法教授其他单词。

3.听课文D部分录音，跟读单词。

Step 3 Practice

1、  作出冷的样子。

T: It’s winter. It is snow outside. I am very cold.

板书cold—winter和warm—spring，帮助学生理解这对反义词的含义。带读。

2.听课文D部分录音，看课文，理解故事大意。然后让学生跟读，并有感情地朗读课文。

游戏——Ask and answer(你问我答)

教师问物体颜色，学生快速回答。集体、分组、单个进行游戏，帮助学生清楚地辨析各种颜色的表达。

游戏——Quick response(快速反应)

教师快速呈现单词卡片，学生说出单词。四人一组进行比赛，说得又快又准地为胜。

游戏——Little spy(小侦探)

教师同时出示四张单词卡片，然后拿走其中一张，学生快速说出被抽走的单词。

Step 4 Consolidation

3.创设情景，自由会话。

情景A: 以课文C部分为内容，集体表演。鼓励学生们自由创设情景会话。

情景B: 让学生画出自己最喜欢的文具、玩具等，并将其描述出来。

4.生的描述和表演进行评价，给予鼓励和奖励。

1.掌握字母Uu在单词中的发音，能理解新单词；

2.会读由含有字母Uu的单词组成的句子；

3.握本课重点单词的书写；

难点: 理解新单词，有节奏地诵读句子。

三、教学准备

教学磁带、单词卡片等。

四、教学步骤

Step 1 Warming up

1.问候。

2.唱已学的英语歌曲。

3.利用本单元所学知识自由会话。

S1: It’s hot. Where’s my orange and white fan?

S2: I don't know. I'm hot too.

S3: OK. Here's a light purple fan for you.

S2: Wow, this is really cool now. Thank you.

S3: You're welcome.

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1. 读课文E部分，回答问题。
2. 听课文F部分单词，总结字母Uu在单词中的发音。
3. 出示单词卡片，教师读出单词尾音，启发学生拼读单词，感受字母Uu的发音。
4. 再听单词、句子，大声模仿跟读。可进行绕口令比赛。

Step 3 Practice

游戏——Magic eyes(火眼金睛)

教师做口型，学生仔细观察，说出单词。

课文F部分

1. 听赏韵律诗。
2. 有感情地大声朗读诗歌。
3. 分两表演组。

第一组先读第一句，第二组从第一组读完tub开始读。读出既和谐又能层次变化的彩虹的感觉。让学生在诗中得到美的熏陶。教师要注意组织教学。

1.示范单词书写。学生按照范例练习。教师个别检查和辅导。
