Lead in.
Play the game (page4.4c) :One student mimes an illness or a problem, the other students guess the problem and give advice. What's the matter? Did you have a sore throat/hurt yourself playing soccer/fall down ? ....
2)Look at the picture at Page 3, 3a .let the Ss try to ask some questions according to the picture .
Eg.1.What was wrong with the old man?
2. Do you think the bus driver and passengers can help the old man?
3. Who saved the old man at last? ...

探究一:Read the passage by the Ss and answer the questions.

感官动词see/watch/look at/hear/listen to/notice等其后可以接两种结构do/doing sth. 它们的含义有什么不同呢?
(1)see/watch/hear/notice + sb.+ do sth. "看到/听到/注意到某人做某事",do sth.指动作的全过程,强调结果。如:
I saw him come into the classroom.我看到他走进了教室。
(2)see/watch/hear/notice + doing sth. "看到/听到/注意到某人正在做某事",doing sth.强调动作正在进行。如:
I saw them playing football on the playground.我看到他们在操场上踢球。
