    Stp when we are in dubt. Catch wrds are used mre ften when a persn is unsure abut the sentence t use next.__2__ If yu are lst r in dubt ver what t say next, just stp speaking, take a lng pause, breathe in, figure ut what t say and start again.
    Speak cnsciusly and slwly. If the speech is t lng and yu talk cntinuusly withut thinking, then yu might als be pushing in a few catch wrds in between.__3__ It is best t memrize the tricky parts f the speech, like the intrductin and the cnclusin where a majrity f the catch wrds are used.
    __4__ Preparing fr the speech is very imprtant when trying t remve catch wrds. Make it a pint t pause when there is a cmma r give tw pauses at the end f the sentence. If certain wrds in the speech need t be emphasized then underline them and practice them as they need t be said.
    Avid catch wrds in cnversatins. Get a friend r yur partner t help yu ut when rehearsing a cnversatin.__5__ Althugh it can be an unpleasant and ften embarrassing prcess, but in the lng run it helps in cutting dwn n catch wrds.
