Thinking f this, I tld him, “Sir, yu please have yur tea, I am nt in a hurry.” This gentleman, wh had wrked in the bank fr s many years, suddenly lked up at me and fr the first time we had eye cntact—he had never made eye cntact earlier. I saw a different persn there. He gave me a rare smile and said, “It is an everyday affair with me; yu are nt in a hurry but smebdy else will cme wh will be in a hurry.”
What he said really tuched my heart. I felt that all this time I thught f him as a rbt, smene wh was there fr my cnvenience, but tday I suddenly felt a strange bnd with him. I prmised t be mre friendly with peple wh help me with my wrk and be thankful that they are there fr me. In ur life, we need t put urselves in ther peple’s shes t imagine their thughts. In this way, we can understand thers better.
