Intrduce the children t the tpic f the stry by telling them that his stry is abut ballns.
Ask the children t pen their textbks. Lk at the pictures in the stry. Then find ut wh is in the stry and what happens t them.
Elicit frm the children the answers t the abve questins by rephrasing them int English.
Tell the stry, divide the children int different character grups and try t remember the clr f the balln each character likes.
Tell again and invite each character grup t jin in with the target structures, “I like…”
Play the tape and listen t the whle stry again.
Ask the children t read after the tape.
Activity 5:
Elicit frm the children what they have learnt in this unit and use Andy’s Bx assess their wn perfrmance.
