Activity 1
Talk with the children the clur f their schl thins and tys. Then adapt the wrds f the sng with a schl thing r a ty.
Activity 2 “let’s chant”
Intrduce the children t the target structure by saying “ Yu have a blue ruler. Yu like blue. I like blue, t.” Then ask the children t tell their favrite clur.
Play the tape. Get the children t listen t it. The teacher beats the rhythm f the chant.
Listen again. Invite the children t beat the rhythm with the teacher.
Give the children the clur cards. Ask them t perfrm chanting in grups, hlding up the clur cards accrdingly.
Activity 3: Get the children t d activity 4 in the activity bk P19
Activity 4: End the class with chanting again in chrus.
