    The recrding material is a dialgue f extending and accepting an invitatin fr Thanksgiving, which shws students an infrmal spken way t give and answer a festival invitatin. Students can nt nly learn the useful expressins and sentence patterns fr ding s, grasp the key infrmatin t pay attentin t f a verbal invitatin, but als apprach the imprtant western festival, Thanksgiving by getting t knw sme f its custms.
    The vide clip is an expsitin intrducing the time reasns and ways t celebrate the Duble Ninth Festival and als the traditinal and current custms f the festival, in which detailed explanatin and examples are given t fully display the picture f the special festival.

    Since this is an nline class resurce pen t all f the students in Shenzhen and even all ver China, the cntent and difficulty f this class apply t average students f all ranges in Senir One.
    Since this is an nline class fr individual learning at hme, students may nt have peers r teachers t perfrm interactive activities. Therefre, the learning activities are mainly ne-way individual nes.
    In the previus classes, students have accumulated certain vcabulary and sentence patterns abut sme Chinese and western festivals and have backgrund knwledge f them, but they may lack the experience f extending r accepting a spken festival invitatin using their language and cultural knwledge. They may still lack sme language supprt f the relevant details f traditinal Chinese festivals.
