教学目标：

知识目标：

1复习story，依托课文情境，学习五个职业名称单词并学习描述职业特点。

2 通过语法板块的学习进一步对目标句型梳理规则，进一步加深对谈论职业的句子功能的理解，以及第三人称单数动词加e/es的初步理解。

3 通过fun time的学习，进一步操练、巩固、运用目标语言。（What do you do? I’m a … I … What does …do? He’s/She’s a … He/She …）

能力目标：

通过语法版块的学习，学生能自主归纳总结语言现象，关注职业问答中的语言功能及动词第三人称中加s/es的变化。（以ch,sh结尾加es）

情感目标：

通过有关职业的问答，进一步了解每个职业的特点，尊重每个职业。

1 Find your seats

T: Hello, boys and girls. Welcome to my class. Let me introduce the class rules to you .First, find your seats. This lesson, we’ll have 5 groups. Each group has 4 members. Look at the stickers on your desk. There are some symbols in your paper too. Find the same symbol and take a seat.

Have you finished? Let’s introduce yourselves!

T: In the story, Mike and Su Hai talk about the jobs of their parents. Let’s review and act in pairs. One is Su Hai and one is Mike. (PPT出示:合作方式 Sun-Star Earth -Moon) You can choose one picture or act two pictures. You work in this way:The sun works with the star. The moon act with the earth.

T: Which group can share with us?

T: You can act very well. Here’s a sticker for your group.

T: You know the story very well. When we talk about jobs, how do we ask? (出麦克妈妈)

T:These are the sentences in Grammar time. Please open your books on Page 51. First, let’s read these questions and answers in pairs. The sun works with the star. The moon, the earth ,you work together.

Then, let’s discuss in four: What should we notice when we talk about jobs.

T: Let me give you some hints. What should we notice?

S: …

T: We use “do” ”does” to ask, and look here, do we use “do” ”does” to answer? No. We use “I’m” ”He’s” ”She’s” to answer.

 That’s the point. It’s quite different from what we learned before. Look here. This sentence, we can also say I am a teacher.  

Look at this part. We use them to explain the jobs. When we say he or she, what changed? We should plus s after the verbs. Ok. Look at these verbs. Can you read these verbs?

S:  Writes.

T: Look at these words. What’s the difference?

 T: Now let’s say together.

When we ask about jobs, we should use “do” or ”does”

When we answer about jobs, we should use “am” ”is” ”are”.

When we talk about he or she, don’t forget to add “s” or ”es”.

3 Learn new words in groups.

T: PPT出五个图. Perfect/. Let’s talk about these new jobs. Do you know them?  This one, who can teach us?

S:He has a farm. He grows fruit and rice.

T 板书grows. Maybe he also grows vegetables. Look at this word, grows.

Step 5 Fun time

T: Here comes a lot of new friends .What do they do? Let’s play a card game. We have two rows of cards here. Who wants to play with me ? I will pick a card from the first row. And you pick from the second row. Let’s show them to the students. Look, what does Mr. Zhang do? S:　He’s a farmer.

T: Wow , you talk about so many jobs. Boys and girls. In our daily life, there are a lot of jobs. There are different jobs around us. Some jobs are interesting. Some jobs are great. Some jobs are challengeable. Some jobs look simple and normal. They work hard every day. They take care about us. So I think all the jobs are meaningful. They deserve our respect!

3 Count stickers

T: Boys and girls, you also did a good job today. I respect you! You work in groups very well . You can count the stickers now and see which group get the most stickers!
