[文体介绍]

招聘广告是应用文的一种，主要用来公布招聘信息，为求职者提供关于工作岗位的更多位息，这类文章一般需要客观准确、内容详细，并且能够吸引求职者的注意。

[篇章结构]

一则英文招聘广告通常由以下几部分组成：

(1)招聘单位的名称(一般单独放在第一行)；

(2)招聘单位的简介(如公司地点、主要业务等)；

(3)招聘的职位：注明具体的空缺职位(如果只有一两个空缺职位，招聘的职位可以用来作招聘广告的标题。例如：Volunteers Are Wanted)；

(4)工作的职责：具体说明空缺职位应承担的主要任务，以便让求职者明确自己是否有能力胜任这些工作；

(5)应聘的资格及要求；

(6)薪资待遇及应聘方式。
