    With teenagers growing up,1.     can be easy for some to form bad habits.For example,some of them may become 2.    (involve) in tobacco or alcohol abuse.If 3.     Make it harder to do the habit.For example,hide your favourite apps on your phone so it is more of a hassle to get to them.
    Change your environment.If the habit happens in certain places or with certain people,avoid them!
