Example: She speaks English fluently because it is her native language. Attitude:Usage: Attitude refers to a person's feelings or opinions about something, often influencing their behavior or actions. Example: His positive attitude towards challenges helped him overcome difficult situations. Reference:Usage: A reference is a source of information or citation used to support an argument, claim, or statement. Example: When writing an academic paper, it's essential to provide proper references for all the sources used. Refer / Refer to:Usage: To refer means to mention or direct attention to something or someone. "Refer to" is used when you want someone to look at or consider a specific thing. Example: The teacher referred to a map to explain the geography lesson. System:Usage: A system is a set of connected parts that work together to achieve a specific purpose or function. Example: The solar system consists of the sun, planets, and other celestial bodies. Despite:Usage: Despite is used to show that something happened or is true even though there were other factors that could have affected it. Example: Despite the heavy rain, they managed to complete the marathon. Ups and downs:Usage: Ups and downs refer to the natural fluctuations or changes in a situation, characterized by both good and bad periods. Example: The stock market experiences ups and downs throughout the year. Factor: Usage: A factor is an element or circumstance that contributes to a particular result or outcome. Example: Time management is a critical factor in achieving success. Based / Base:Usage: Based means having a foundation or being established on something specific. Base is the noun form of based. Example: The movie was based on a best-selling novel. The base of the sculpture was made of marble. Date back:Usage: To date back means to have existed or originated at a specific time in the past.Example: The tradition of celebrating New Year's Eve dates back to ancient times. Bone:A bone is a rigid organ that makes up the skeleton of vertebrate animals.Example: The doctor examined the X-ray to check for any fractures or injuries in the bone.   Shell:Usage: A shell is a hard outer covering or structure that protects the soft interior of an organism or object. Example: The turtle retreated into its shell when it felt threatened. Symbol:Usage: A symbol is a representation of an idea, concept, or object often with deeper meaning or significance. Example: The dove is often used as a symbol of peace. Carve: Usage: To carve means to cut or shape something, usually wood or stone, into a particular form or design. Example: The discovery was a major breakthrough in the field of medicine. No matter where/who/what: Usage: This phrase is used to emphasize that something is true or applicable regardless of the specific location, person, or situation. Example: No matter where you go, always remember your roots. Dialect: Usage: A dialect is a form of a language spoken in a particular region or by a specific group of people, characterized by distinct variations from the standard language. Example: The Southern dialect of English differs from the Northern dialect in terms of pronunciation and vocabulary. Means:Usage: Means refer to the method or resources used to achieve a particular goal or objective. Example: Studying hard is one of the means to improve your grades. Classic:Usage: Classic refers to something of enduring quality, timeless appeal, or traditional significance. Example: The little black dress is considered a classic piece of fashion. Regard:Usage: Regard means to consider or think of someone or something in a particular way. Example: She is highly regarded for her contributions to the scientific community. Character:Usage: Character can refer to a person's moral qualities or the distinctive features that define an individual or fictional figure.
