    This was the Wmen's Vlleyball Gld Medal Match between China and Serbia in Ri 2016 Olympics. Serbian wn the first set. In the secnd and the third set, China imprved its blcking and strengthened hard spikes, winning the secnd and the third set. In the last set, the scres rse alternatively between the tw parties. When the first match pint came, Zhang Changning gave a gd serve and Hui Ruqi made a direct kill, gaining the decisive pint. China wn the gld medal ver Serbia with three t ne. Serbia gt the silver medal, and the US the grund medal. (100 wrds)

    Students may ntice that Listening Task II is relatively easy, but it is demanding in shrthand ntes.

    Befre ding Task III, students shall first skim thrugh the questins, lcating the key wrds befre and after the blanks because they are the cues in listening indicating the infrmatin yu hear next r befre is very imprtant, r the answer in deed.
    Students may find blank (9)a bit difficult, due t the liaisn f /i:steiʃn/, /t/ in “east” and /ei/ in Asian. This is difficult fr students t separate the sunds int tw distinguishable wrds.
    Students may cmment n the list f questins, putting up their wn questins. Different pinins are welcmed here.
    Students may find
    Q 6 very interesting, because it causes the interviewee t think abut things in the past that might be very dear t him/her.
    Students may have a discussin here n anther way t ask the interviewee t talk abut his experiences in the past in terms f practise wushu.

    Students may find Task III f PPT 23-24 rather easy.

    Students may find Grup Discussin f PPT 25-28 very interesting because the questins are very familiar nes cncerning their persnal feelings
    Again, students may find Q 6 familiar because they have talked abut sprting spirits in Perid 2.
    Students may find task IV f PPT 27 easy, similar t the questin they have just talked abut n the PPT 25-26.
    Students shall review what we have learnt tday, and ask teacher fr help if they have any prblems.
    Task I f PPT 6 is actually a warming-up fr students t get invlved in the fllwing listening ; and a call fr respect and thinking ver traditinal Chinese wushu;
    Grup Wrk is designed fr students t practise their speaking as well as think ver the pssibility f wushu as a playgrund sprt.
    Task II is designed fr students t catch up the questins f the interviewer, which is actually the rganizatin rder f the interview.
    Task III is designed as an intensive listening exercise, fcusing n the detailed infrmatin yu hear.
    Liaisn is a sund cnversin that needs cntext t help decide where t separate the cnsnants and vwels. It is ne f the mst difficult situatins in listening.
    Task IV is designed t exemplify what questins are prper t ask during an interview.
    Dialgue Time is designed fr the purpse f practising speaking skill.
    Q 6 is designed t prbe int the interviewee’s past experience, frm which the attitude f practising wushu might be revealed.

    Q7 is a safe questin t ask here, because in the field f wushu in China, the cach r the master is very imprtant.

    Q 8 & 9 are questins f future, which is safe t talk abut.
    Q10 is anther questin f future, again safe t talk abut.
    Silent vide is designed fr students t guess the cntent.
    Grup Wrk is designed fr students t practise speaking English n familiar tpics.
    Viewing , listening and speaking are actually dne tgether here.
    Summarizing what yu have seen frm the vide is the mst difficult part f Perid 4.
    Time rder is suggested here t rganize the writing.
    And sme technique terms are als required in the summary writing.
    Task III is designed as a general review f the vide cntent.
    “Grup Discussin” is designed fr students t practise speaking skills.
    Task IV f PPT 27 is an extensin task, with the purpse f mtivating students t talk mre abut sprts.
