1.Students read 1a and answer these questions:

2.Students finish 1a individually.

3.Each group provides one answer.

4.Students read the passage after the recording

sentence by sentence.Then students read at the same speed as the recording, imitating the pronunciation and the intonation.Last,students read the passage together with the recording.

5.Students underline the language points in their books and do the exercises on the screen.

6.Students fill in the blanks in 1b and read 1a carefully.

1.Teacher lets the students read 1a and answer the following questions:
