    This is a true stry. It tk place in Amsterdam, Hlland in the early 1940s under the German Nazi ccupatin. The Nazi Party tk pwer in Germany in 1933 and later ccupied mst f Eurpe thrugh 1945. One f their key plicies was t kill all the Jews in Eurpe. If any persns knwn t be Jews were fund, they wuld be sent t cncentratin camps farther east, mstly in Pland, and then be killed there. T escape frm this hrrible fate, sme Jewish families went int hiding.

Culd yu tell us smething abut that nightmare?  What were yu ding and hw did yu feel at that time ?Anne: We were hiding in sme rms all the time withut ging utside… Windws clsed, dirty curtains… I didn’t dare t g utdrs because… I kept a diary as my best friend because… I used t find nature…. Hwever, after I hid, everything changed.
