What is Wang Mei wearing in the picture? 3. What was Wang Mei doing in the picture? 4. How many pictures did Li Ming prepare for the class picture? 3)知识讲解 1. Li Ming and Wang Mei are looking at their photos for the class picture. look 是不及物动词,故其后常用介词at, 意为“看……”。 1) I looked at the dog. 我注视着那只狗。 2) What are you looking at? 你在看什么? 2. That’s a good picture of you, Wang Mei. a picture of Wang Mei 指的是照片上的人是王梅。而Wang Mei’s picture 指的是照片属于王梅,而照片上不一定是王梅。 例如: There are two pictures of me on the wall. 墙上挂着我的两幅照片。(照片上的人是我) The students’ pictures are in the bag. 学生们的照片在袋子里。(照片属于学生们所有,但照片上的人不一定是他们自己) 3. You are wearing traditional clothes. wear 动词,“穿着” ,与它近义的有:put on, dress, in。 put on意思是“穿上”, 强调动作。 dress意思是“给某人或自己穿衣服”。 常用结构:dress sb./oneself in 表示“穿着”的状态, 与wear意思相同, 但只能与be一起作谓语,常接表示颜色或服装的词。 We’re all wearing new clothes. 我们都穿着新衣服。 Put on your coat, Jack. 穿上你的外套,杰克。 Mum is dressing my little sister. 妈妈正给我的小妹妹穿衣服。 She is in red. 她穿着红衣服。 *另外,wear除表“穿衣”外,可表“戴(帽或眼镜等)” He was wearing a hat.他戴着一顶帽子。 Does your sister wear glasses? 你妹妹戴眼镜吗? 4. You look like a dancer. look like 与be like look like “看起来像”,强调外貌;be like “像”,强调性格。 The girl looks like her father, but she is like her mother very much. 这个女孩看起来像她爸爸,但是性格很像她妈妈。 5. I agree with you. agree意为“同意;赞成”,作不及物动词,其后可接名词、代词、动词不定式或that从句作宾语。 agree的常用结构: (1)agree with sb.指“同意某人(的观点或意见)”。 e.g. I quite agree with her. 我相当同意她的话。 (2) agree to指“同意、赞同某一计划、建议、提议、安排、条件等”。 e.g. They said they couldn’t agree to such strict terms. 他们说他们不同意这样苛刻的条件。 (3)agree on (doing) sth.用于表示“(双方或多方)在某事或某方面取得一致意见”。 我们能不能商定一个价格? (4)agree to do sth. 意为“同意做某事”。 e.g. My mother agreed to buy a dress for me. 我妈妈同意给我买一条裙子。 6. Can you lend me your marker? lend 与borrow lend “借出”,常用于lend sth. to sb. (把某物借给某人); borrow “借入”,常用于borrow sth. from sb.(从某人处借某物) 注意:选择用lend还是borrow,要看动词与主语的关系。 —My bike is broken. Can I borrow yours? —Sorry, I lent it to Mary. 4)分组活动 Work in groups. Describe what you need when you make a class picture. What should you do to make it eye-catching? Fill in the mind map and discuss with your classmates. | 为阅读文章做准备
