句型一：动名词（短语）作主语
结构： 动名词（短语）+ 单数谓语。
教材例句： Learning calligraphy has undubtedly helped me develp my ability t fcus and taught me the imprtance f patience. / Practising calligraphy always makes me feel better.
注意： 动名词短语作主语视为单数；第一句中 helped... and taught... 是并列谓语，主语仍是 Learning calligraphy，故助动词用 has。
句型二：whenever 引导时间状语从句
结构： Whenever + 从句（一般现在时），主句用一般现在时，表示“每当……就……”，描述习惯性动作。
教材例句： Whenever I feel dwn r under pressure, I pick up my brush and start writing.
注意： whenever = every time when，从句不用将来时。
句型三：that 引导的定语从句（初步感知，第3课时将系统学习）
结构： 先行词（人/物）+ that + 从句，that 在从句中作主语，不可省略。
教材例句： Calligraphy is an artistic frm f Chinese characters that is admired by many peple at hme and abrad. / Calligraphy is nw ne f my hbbies that help me relax.
注意： 从句谓语的单复数由先行词决定：前句 that 指 an artistic frm，用 is；后句 that 指 hbbies，用 help。
句型四：feel + 宾语 + 动词原形（感官动词接省 t 不定式）
结构： feel + sb/sth + d sth（省略 t 的不定式作宾语补足语）。
教材例句： When I am writing, I can ften feel my breath slw dwn and my mind get quiet.
注意： 同类动词还有 see/hear/watch sb d sth。
