The team had a grup f 11 participants sit in ergnmic chairs fr an eight-hur stretch, getting up nly fr bathrm breaks r their scheduled walk n a
故选 A。
根据第五段“Additinally, walking fr five minutes every 30 minutes reduced bld sugar spikes (猛增) after meals by mre than 50 percent.(此外,每坐 30 分钟起身步行五分钟,可使餐后血糖峰值降低 50%以上)”可知,每坐 30 分钟步行五分钟对餐后血糖控制效果最佳。

根据第四段 Hans Zimmer 的话“I think it’s a little trickier t mve peple in an animated mvie.(我认为在动画电影中打动观众要更难一些。)”
cmpsers perhaps have t wrk a little harder because the gal is the same: Yu cme away with an emtinal experience.(因此,我们作曲家或许需要付出更多努力,因为目标是一致的:让观众获得情感体验。)”

故选 A。
通读全文,尤其是倒数第二段“The expectatins f tday’s audiences dn’t allw fr the lilting (轻快的), tweeting birds f 1950s Cinderella r even the purely magical wrld that Alan Menken (cmpser f Disney’s Enchanted) and Hward Ashman created in 1989’s The Little Mermaid. Film Scres(动画电影配乐中传统与创新的融合)”。故选 D。
