      3. Practice critical thinking by clarifying the similarities and differences in bdy language in different cultures.

      Step 1: Lead-in
      1.Free talk:What’s the functin f language? Suppse we are living in a silent wrld, hw will yu cmmunicate with each ther?
      2. shw tw pictures and guess the meaning.
      3. Chse five sentences and act them ut withut speaking. Let yur partner guess what yu are trying t cmmunicate.
      Step 2: Pre-reading
      Lk at the title and pictures f the text. “What d yu think will be talked abut in the text?” Then interpret the title fr them.

      Can yu make sme sentences by using persnificatin?
      What’s the aim f using persnificatin?
      Step 3: While-reading
      Skim the text, check the predictin and find the tpic sentence f each paragraph.
      Read fr structure. Accrding t the tpic sentences and the passage they just skimmed, encurage them t divide the passage int several parts, tell the main idea f each part and draw the mind map and finally intrduce the type f the passage.
