What:
- 教学内容围绕“运动对身体、大脑和心理的益处”展开，介绍运动能塑造肌肉、保持体重、改善大脑功能、提升记忆力、产生放松化学物质等好处。
- 布置了两项阅读任务，一是阅读文本并完成提纲，梳理运动对身体、大脑和心理的好处；二是再次阅读文本，回答人们不运动的常见原因，以及对“健康就是财富”的理解。
Why:
- 让学生了解运动的重要性，树立健康生活的理念，明白运动不仅有益于身体健康，还对大脑和心理有积极影响。
- 通过阅读和完成任务，培养学生的阅读理解能力、信息提取和归纳总结能力，以及对观点的思考和表达能力。

- 以阅读文本为基础，通过引导学生阅读，让他们从文本中获取信息。

In this class, I guided students t learn hw t predict the main idea f the whle passage thrugh the title and the picture, hw t divide paragraphs thrugh fast reading and hw t get details thrugh careful reading.Seventy percent f students can finish the reading tasks and catch up with the class.It’s difficult fr the rest f students t make it because f many strange wrds.
