    Sectin A 2a-2e 教案
    I. Teaching Objectives
    1. Knwledge Objectives:
    (1)Students will be able t understand and use vcabulary related t
    health and fitness, including cmmn verbs and nuns.
    (2)Students will be able t use key phrases fr expressing hw t keep fit
    and talk abut daily rutines related t exercise.
    (3)Students will understand and practice the structure f simple sentences
    and questins in the present simple tense (e.g., “What d yu d t keep
    fit?”).
    2. Skills Objectives:
    (1)Listening: Students will listen t a shrt dialgue and identify specific
    infrmatin abut keeping fit.
    (2)Speaking: Students will practice asking and answering questins abut
    their fitness habits, using full sentences.
    (3)Reading: Students will read a passage abut keeping fit and extract
    infrmatin t cmplete activities.
    (4)Writing: Students will write shrt sentences describing their wn
    fitness rutines.
    3. Affective Objectives:
    (1)T help students develp an interest in healthy lifestyles and the

    imprtance f keeping fit.
    (2)T encurage students t use English in everyday cntexts, especially
    related t persnal rutines.
    II. Teaching Prcedures:
    Step1. Warm-up (5 minutes):
    1. Greet the students and intrduce the theme f the lessn: "Tday, we
    are ging t talk abut hw t keep fit. What d yu d t keep fit?"
    2. Ask students t discuss in pairs r small grups:
    - “What sprts d yu like?”
    - “Hw ften d yu exercise?”
    3. Write a few f their respnses n the whitebard t activate prir
    knwledge.
    Step2. Intrductin t Vcabulary (8 minutes):
    1. Intrduce the key vcabulary (verbs and nuns) related t fitness using
    visuals (flashcards, pictures f sprts activities, etc.). Fr each wrd,
    elicit respnses frm students and give examples:
    - Exercise: "I like t exercise every mrning."
    - Run: "She runs in the park every day."
    - Play: "They play basketball after schl."
    2. Drill the prnunciatin f key wrds and have students repeat them

    after yu. Fcus n crrect prnunciatin and stress.
    Step3. Listening Activity (8 minutes):
    1. Activity 2a: Pre-listening:
    (1)Tell students that they are ging t listen t a cnversatin abut tw
    peple talking abut keeping fit.
    (2)Ask students t listen carefully fr answers t these questins:
    What des Jhn d t keep fit?
    What des Linda d t keep fit?
    2. Listening: Play the audi r read the dialgue alud.
    3. After listening, ask the class t answer the questins frm Activity 2a.
    Write the answers n the bard.
    Example:
    - Jhn: "I usually swim and run."
    - Linda: "I like playing tennis and ding yga."
    Step4. Pair Wrk (8 minutes):
    1. Activity 2b: Ask students t wrk in pairs. One student will be "A" and
    the ther "B".
    - Student A: Ask "What d yu d t keep fit?"
    - Student B: Answer with their fitness rutine using the new
    vcabulary (e.g., "I play ftball every day." "I swim twice a week.").

    - Then switch rles.
    2. Mnitr and prvide help with any prnunciatin r grammar issues.
    Step5. Reading Activity (6 minutes):
    1. Activity 2c: Give students a shrt passage abut keeping fit. The
    passage culd describe the fitness rutine f a fictinal persn (e.g.,
    “Mary exercises every mrning. She runs and des yga.”).
    2. After reading, students shuld answer these questins:
    What des Mary d every mrning?
    Des she g swimming?
    What sprt des she play with friends?
    3. Review the answers as a class, emphasizing the use f present simple
    tense t describe rutines.
    Step6. Writing Practice (5 minutes):
    1. Activity 2d: Ask students t write 3-5 sentences abut their wn fitness
    rutine. They shuld include:
    - What sprts they play
    - Hw ften they d them
    - Why they think keeping fit is imprtant
    Example: "I usually play basketball. I g t the gym three times a week. I
    think exercise is imprtant fr gd health."

    Step7. Assignment:
    1. Ask students t write a shrt paragraph (abut 5 sentences) describing
    their ideal fitness rutine.
    2. Encurage them t include the vcabulary they learned tday (e.g.,
    sprts, exercise, habits).
