    I. Teaching Objectives:
    1. Knwledge and Skills:
    (1)Understand and use “shuld” and “shuldn't” t give advice related t
    health.
    (2)Learn and apply vcabulary related t fitness, health, and lifestyle.
    (3)Be able t express and share persnal ideas abut maintaining a
    healthy lifestyle using basic English sentences.
    2. Prcess and Methds:
    (1)Encurage cllabrative wrk thrugh grup prjects t enhance
    cmmunicatin skills.
    (2)Enhance students’ ability t express health-related advice in English,
    bth rally and in writing.
    (3)Guide students t use a variety f sentence structures and vcabulary
    while presenting their ideas.
    3. Emtins, Attitudes, and Values:
    (1)Fster students’ awareness f the imprtance f maintaining a healthy
    lifestyle.
    (2)Cultivate a sense f teamwrk and respnsibility thrugh grup wrk.
    (3)Encurage students t practice psitive habits, such as regular exercise,
    eating balanced meals, and getting enugh rest.

    II. Key Teaching Pints:
    (1) Crrect usage f “shuld” and “shuldn't” in giving advice related t
    health.
    (2)Understanding and applying health-related vcabulary, including
    exercise, diet, sleep, and mental health.
    (3)Frming and practicing simple advice statements using “shuld” and
    “shuldn't.”
    III. Teaching Prcess:
    Step 1: Warm-up (5 minutes)
    1. Greet students and engage them in a brief cnversatin abut staying
    healthy.
    T: “Gd mrning! Tday we’re ging t learn abut hw t stay
    healthy. What are sme things yu think are imprtant fr keeping fit?”
    2. Brainstrming Activity:
    (1)Ask students t give examples f healthy habits (e.g., exercise, eating
    well, sleeping enugh).
    (2)Write students’ ideas n the bard t activate their prir knwledge
    and set the stage fr the lessn.
    Step 2: Vcabulary and Sentence Structures (5 minutes)
    1. Intrduce and explain key vcabulary related t health and fitness,

    such as:
    - Exercise, diet, sleep, healthy, junk fd, stress, relaxatin, shuld,
    shuldn't.
    2. Prvide examples using “shuld” and “shuldn't”:
    - “Yu shuld exercise every day t stay healthy.”
    - “Yu shuldn’t eat t much junk fd.”
    Step 3: Prject Intrductin (10 minutes)
    1. Explain the Grup Prject:
    (1)T: “Nw, we’re ging t wrk in grups n a prject. Each grup will
    make a presentatin abut hw t stay healthy. Yu will use the advice
    yu’ve learned in tday’s lessn t share tips with the class.”
    (2)The prject culd include a pster, a shrt skit, r a list f healthy
    habits.
    Example tpics:
    - Exercise and Fitness: Different types f exercises and their
    benefits.
    - Healthy Eating Habits: What fds are gd fr yur health?
    - Mental Health: Hw t relax and reduce stress.
    2. Grup Frmatin:
    (1)Divide the class int small grups (3-4 students per grup).

    (2)Give each grup a large piece f paper, markers, and any additinal
    resurces (e.g., magazines fr cut-uts, etc.).
    (3)Instruct each grup t chse a tpic related t health and fitness and
    decide n a frmat fr their prject.
    Step 4: Grup Wrk (15 minutes)
    1. Grup Brainstrming and Planning:
    (1)In their grups, students will brainstrm ideas, chse a tpic, and
    rganize their thughts.
    (2)Encurage students t write dwn their ideas using the sentence
    structures they have learned (e.g., “We shuld…,” “Yu shuldn’t…”).
    2. Teacher’s Rle:
    (1)Circulate arund the classrm t mnitr grup wrk, prviding
    assistance as needed.
    (2)Encurage students t use English and help them with sentence
    structures if necessary.
    Step 5: Presentatins (10 minutes)
    (1)Each grup will present their prject t the class. They shuld explain
    the main pints f their health tpic and give at least three pieces f
    advice using “shuld” and “shuldn't.”
    (2)Encurage students t use visuals (e.g., psters) t enhance their

    presentatins.
    Example presentatin:
    - “Our grup’s tpic is ‘Healthy Eating Habits.’ Yu shuld eat mre
    vegetables and fruits. Yu shuldn’t drink t much sda. Yu shuld
    drink plenty f water.”
    Step 6: Assignment:
    Ask students t write a shrt paragraph (5-7 sentences) abut their daily
    habits, using at least five “shuld” and “shuldn't” sentences.
    Example:
    - “I shuld exercise every day. I shuldn’t eat t much junk fd.
    I shuld sleep fr 8 hurs each night.”
