    I. Teaching Objectives:

    (1)Listening: Practice listening fr detailed infrmatin and
    understanding shrt dialgues.
    (2)Speaking: Imprve speaking skills thrugh pair wrk and grup
    discussins n rules and behavir.
    (3)Reading: Develp the ability t identify main ideas and details frm
    reading materials.
    (4)Writing: Write shrt texts related t rules and their imprtance.
    3. Cultural Awareness:
    (1)Understand the imprtance f rules and rder in different scial
    envirnments such as schl, hme, and cmmunity.
    (2)Fster respect fr rules and discipline in everyday life.

    II. Teaching Fcus:
    1. Vcabulary related t rules and rder (e.g., rules, rder, behave, etc.).
    2. Sentence patterns fr giving advice and making suggestins.
    3. Listening and speaking skills related t understanding and discussing
    rules.
    III. Teaching Difficulties:
    1. Making sure students can use the new vcabulary in cntext.
    2. Encuraging students t engage in cnversatins abut rules and
    discuss their views clearly.
    IV. Teaching Prcedures:
    Step 1: Warm-up (5 minutes)
    (1)Greet the students and briefly review the cntent frm the previus
    lessn.
    (2)Write "N rules, n rder" n the bard. Ask students what they think
    this phrase means.
    (3)Shw sme images related t a classrm envirnment (e.g., students
    fllwing rules vs. nt fllwing rules). Ask students t describe the
    differences.
    Step 2: Pre-listening (5 minutes)

    1. Intrduce Key Vcabulary:
    (1)Intrduce and practice prnunciatin fr the fllwing wrds:
    - Rules (n. rules)
    - Order (n. rder)
    - Behave (v. behave)
    - Fllw (v. fllw)
    - Disrder (n. disrder)
    - Advice (n. advice)
    (2)Prvide a simple explanatin f each wrd and give examples in
    sentences.
    (3)Have students repeat the wrds after the teacher, fcusing n
    prnunciatin and meaning.
    2. Pre-listening Questins:
    (1)Ask the students: "What d yu think happens if there are n rules?"
    and "Hw d rules help peple behave better?"
    (2)Encurage students t think abut their experiences in schl r at
    hme.
    Step 3: Listening and Cmprehensin (10 minutes)
    1. Listening Practice:
    (1)Play the audi fr 2a (dialgue between tw peple discussing the

    imprtance f rules).
    (2)Ask students t listen carefully and answer the fllwing questins:
    - What is the main tpic f the cnversatin?
    - What des ne persn suggest abut fllwing rules?
    2. Detailed Listening:
    (1)Play the audi again. This time, ask students t fill in the blanks with
    the missing wrds r phrases.
    (2)After listening, check the answers with the class and clarify any
    misunderstandings.
    Step 4: Speaking Practice (10 minutes)
    1. Pair Wrk:
    Have students wrk in pairs. Each pair discusses the fllwing questins:
    - What are sme rules at schl that help keep rder?
    - Can yu think f a situatin where a rule is needed but nt
    fllwed? What happens then?
    - What advice wuld yu give t smene wh des nt fllw
    rules?
    2. Class Discussin:
    (1)Ask a few pairs t share their answers with the class.
    (2)Encurage students t speak clearly and use the vcabulary they
    learned (e.g., rules, behave, fllw, etc.).

    Step 5: Reading and Sentence Patterns (10 minutes)
    1. Reading Practice:
    (1)Students read the shrt passage in 2b, which talks abut the
    imprtance f rules and rder in a cmmunity r schl.
    (2)After reading, ask students t answer the fllwing questins:
    - Why are rules necessary in sciety?
    -What happens when peple dn't fllw rules?
    2. Fcus n Sentence Patterns:
    (1)Highlight sme useful sentence patterns fr giving advice and
    suggestins:
    - "Yu shuld..." (e.g., "Yu shuld fllw the rules.")
    - "It's imprtant t..." (e.g., "It's imprtant t behave well.")
    (2)Have students practice these sentence patterns in pairs by giving
    advice t each ther abut fllwing rules.
    Step 6: Writing Practice (5 minutes)
    (1)Ask students t write a shrt paragraph (4-5 sentences) answering the
    questin:
    "Why are rules imprtant in a schl?"
    (2)Encurage them t use the vcabulary and sentence structures learned
    in the lessn.

    Step 7: Hmewrk
    Fr hmewrk, students shuld write abut a time when they saw
    smene nt fllwing rules and what happened as a result. They shuld
    use at least three f the vcabulary wrds frm the lessn.
    V. Reflectin:
    After the lessn, reflect n:
    - Did the students engage well in the speaking and listening activities?
    - Were the students able t understand and use the vcabulary in
    cntext?
    - Hw can the lessn be imprved fr better interactin r
    understanding?
