    I. Teaching Objectives
    1. Language Knwledge:
    (1)Learn and use vcabulary related t rules, rder, and behavir.
    Rules, rder, fllw, behavir, fair, unfair, respect, classrm, schl,
    law, safe, danger
    (2)Master target sentence structures fr asking and answering questins.
    Sentence Structures:
    - What are the rules fr...
    - Yu must... / Yu can't...
    - It’s imprtant t...
    - Why d we have rules?
    2. Skills Develpment:
    (1)Develp listening skills by understanding the cntext f cnversatins
    abut rules and rder.
    (2)Enhance speaking abilities by practicing real-life dialgues n the
    tpic f rules.
    (3)Imprve writing and reading cmprehensin thrugh exercises and
    grup discussins.
    3. Cultural Awareness:
    (1)Recgnize the imprtance f rules in sciety and the rle they play in

    maintaining rder.
    (2)Encurage students t think critically abut the rules they fllw in
    daily life.
    II . Teaching Aids

    Flashcards with vcabulary wrds
    III. Teaching Prcedures
    Step 1: Warm-up (5 minutes)
    1. Greeting:
    Greet the students and briefly intrduce the tpic: "Tday we are
    ging t talk abut rules—why they are imprtant, where we need them,
    and what happens if we dn’t fllw them."
    2. Lead-in:
    (1)Shw pictures r flashcards depicting different situatins (e.g., a
    student in a messy classrm, a persn jaywalking, a persn helping
    smene, etc.). Ask the students:
    - "What d yu think this persn shuld r shuld nt d?"
    - "Why is it imprtant t fllw rules?"
    (2)Write students’ ideas n the bard.

    Step 2: Presentatin (10 minutes)
    1. Intrduce Vcabulary:
    (1)Use the flashcards t teach the fllwing vcabulary wrds: rules,
    rder, behavir, fair, unfair, respect.
    (2)Shw each flashcard and ask students t repeat the wrd.
    (3)Use the wrds in cntext, e.g., "Yu must respect the rules in
    class."
    (4)Prvide real-life examples (e.g., classrm rules, traffic laws).
    2. Intrduce Sentence Structures:
    Use the sentences frm the teaching bjectives t create examples and
    engage students in cnversatin.
    Example sentences:
    - "What are the rules fr a safe classrm?"
    - "Yu must be quiet in the library."
    - "It’s imprtant t fllw the rules because they keep us safe."
    3. Mdel Dialgue (1a):
    Present the dialgue between tw students, discussing classrm rules.
    Read the dialgue alud and have students listen. Then, read it again,
    pausing t highlight key vcabulary and phrases.
    - Teacher: "What are the rules fr yur classrm?"
    - Student A: "Yu must listen t the teacher and raise yur hand t
    speak."

    - Teacher: "Why d we have these rules?"
    - Student A: "They help keep rder in the class."
    Step 3: Practice (15 minutes)
    1. Pair Wrk (1b):
    (1)Have students wrk in pairs t create their wn dialgues abut
    rules at schl. Each pair shuld discuss tw rules (e.g., "Yu must d
    yur hmewrk." "Yu can’t be late fr class.")
    (2)After practicing, ask several pairs t present their dialgues t the
    class.
    2. Grup Wrk (1c):
    (1)Divide the class int small grups. Each grup discusses a
    different area (e.g., classrm rules, schl rules, rules fr sprts, rules at
    hme).
    (2)Ask each grup t create a list f rules and present them t the
    class.
    3. Listening Practice (1d):
    (1) Play an audi recrding (r read alud) f a cnversatin where
    tw peple discuss rules in different places (e.g., hme, schl, r public
    places).
    (2)After listening, ask cmprehensin questins:
    - "What are the rules fr the classrm?"

    - "Why d we need rules?"
    Step 4: Prductin (10 minutes)
    1. Rle Play (1e):
    (1)In pairs, have students rle-play different scenaris (e.g., a student
    asking the teacher abut the rules, a persn explaining why a rule is
    imprtant).
    (2)Encurage students t use the sentence structures and vcabulary
    they’ve learned.
    2. Class Discussin:
    (1)Ask students: "What wuld happen if there were n rules?"
    (2)Encurage students t think critically and share their pinins.
    Write key pints n the bard.
    Step 5: Hmewrk (5 minutes)
    Ask students t write a shrt paragraph abut the rules they fllw at
    schl r at hme. They shuld include at least three different rules and
    explain why thse rules are imprtant.
