本板块要求学生首先阅读关于“旅行者 1”号太空探测器上携带的光盘的报道，然后就下一艘“旅行者”号太空探测器携带的光盘上应该刻录什么样的人类信息表达自己的观点。本板块旨在通过观点的思考与表达，加深学生对人类文明的认识，锻炼学生的发散思维能力，帮助学生在真实的情境下综合运用语言知识，相互合作，展示个性，充分表达自己对主题意义的认识和理解。
