    学会用英语介绍中国饮食文化,如主要菜系及其特点。
    教学设计
    Step 1: Lead-in
    New Yrk-based phtgrapher Henry Hargreaves and fd stylist Caitlin Levin created snapshts f cuntries using 'icnic' delicacies frm each regin. Cmmenting n their latest prject, they write “These maps shw hw fd has traveled the glbe. This prject speaks t the universality f hw fd unites peple.”

    Activity 6: Summary
    Mst peple relate “Yu are what yu eat” t healthy eating. It 1
    (actual) refers t persnality, character, and culture. Chinese cuisine is a case in pint. When intrduced t America, it 2 (change) t suit American tastes, which tells us Americans like trying new fds.
    Later, I visited China and 3 (experience) authentic Chinese fd. In Beijing, we ate in a restaurant where the chef treated us t dinner 4
    (cnsist) f Sichuan peppercrns. It was wnderful but what was even mre imprtant was the friendship. In Shandng Prvince, we had 5
    (bil) dumplings with vinegar. I fund making dumplings is always an affair with the whle family. In Suth China and central China, I experienced lcal dishes frm Guangdng’s elegant dim sum t the 6 (exceptin) stewed ndles in Henan. Thrugh fd, Chinese peple everywhere shw friendship and kindness. At 7 minimum, the kinds f fd 8
    (cnsume) by lcal peple tell us what they grw in their regin, what kinds f lives they lead, and 9 they like and d nt like.
    All in all, culture and cuisine g hand 10 hand, and if yu d nt experience ne, yu can never really knw the ther.
