There are very few people in the world who do not like going on holiday. Almost everybody likes to relax, to visit new places and see new things. Going on holiday is a great way to do so. But before booking a trip, we all have to decide who we will travel with—is it better to travel with our family, with friends, or alone?
Most people like going on holiday. It’s certainly a great way to relax yourself and open your eyes.
Holidays with the family can be hard and there can be many arguments (争吵) . In my own family, my dad always wants to go to a museum, but my mum and my sister want to shop, and I want to go to a cafe. It’s hard for the family to agree with each other. Travelling with the family can be very cheap or even free, though, if parents pay.
Holidays with friends are not usually cheap but money always plays an important role. It is normal (正常的) for everyone to have different budgets. However, it can be great fun. It is also a good chance to learn more about your friends and share experiences (经历) together. Besides, travelling with friends is a way to strengthen the friendship (增进友谊) .
Travelling alone has advantages (优点) . You can choose what you want to do and it can also be a good chance to meet new people, especially when staying in hotels. Of course, travelling alone is not always good. You can be lonely and, sometimes, dull with no one to walk with. And, when at the bus station or airport, there is no one to look after your suitcase when you want to go to the bathroom.
Personally, I prefer travelling alone because there are fewer arguments. Of course, sometimes I like holidays with other people. In that case, there is always someone to talk to.

Our Trip to Hangzhou
My parents and I drove a car to Hangzhou last summer holiday. It took us about four hours to get there. We enjoyed ourselves there.
As we all know, Hangzhou is one of the most beautiful cities in China. There are many places of interest there. We visited the West Lake. When we saw it, we couldn’t believe our eyes. How big and beautiful it is! We had a great time there. We also tasted many kinds of food and learned a lot about different cultures.

There are very few people in the world who do not like going on holiday. Almost everybody likes to relax, to visit new places and see new things. Going on holiday is a great way to do so. But before booking a trip, we all have to decide who we will travel with—is it better to travel with our family, with friends, or alone?
Most people like going on holiday. It’s certainly a great way to relax yourself and open your eyes.
Holidays with the family can be hard and there can be many arguments (争吵) . In my own family, my dad always wants to go to a museum, but my mum and my sister want to shop, and I want to go to a cafe.
