Step1 Lead in: Shw a very simple and cmmn cmpsitin t students and ask:What d yu think f it?
Step2: Draw a picture f half a train and ask Is it strange?
Then teacher finish drawing the train saying just like the train, there is als a beginning, a bady and a ending in ne cmpsitin.
Students read the first cmpsitin and think abut hw it is. Where is gd and where is just s s.
Students will find there is n head and n tail f the train.
T let students knw the structures f a cmpsitin.

Step3: Presentatin
Shw anther cmpsitin and ask student t cmpare them, find ut the differences and the teacher which ne is better and why. Read the gd sentences.
Students read the secnd cmpsitin freely and cmpare it with the first ne, and then find the better ways t let them knw we can use sme ways t enrich ur cmpsitins, such as exclamatry sentences, duble negative and all kinds f clauses.
