写一篇关于近视的文章

本单元的写作任务是写一篇关于近视的文章，属于解决问题类说明文。此类说明文就是针对某一问题提出具体的解决方法并进行适当论述，给读者提供知识，使之掌握解决问题的方法。

First of all，we should not keep reading for too much time.Secondly，never read at places which are not bright enough.Thirdly，having eye exercises in break time helps relax our eyes.Finally，get enough sleep to let your eyes get a good rest.
