【研学•析】Ⅰ. 过去分词(短语)作定语的基本用法1. 过去分词(短语)作定语的意义: (1)不及物动词的过去分词(短语)作定语, 只表示动作已完成, 不表示被动意义。 (2)及物动词的过去分词(短语)作定语, 既表示被动意义又表示完成意义, 有时只表示被动意义。
2. 过去分词(短语)作定语的位置 (1)单个的过去分词作定语一般放在被修饰的名词之前, 但left只作后置定语。 (2)过去分词短语作定语要放在被修饰的名词之后作后置定语, 其作用相当于一个定语从句。
名师解惑(1)单个的过去分词修饰复合不定代词smething, everything, anything, nbdy等或指示代词thse等时, 要放在这些词的后面。(2) 过去分词作定语时, 及物动词的过去分词可改为动词为被动形式的定语从句。(3)不及物动词的过去分词作定语时, 可改为动词为完成式的定语从句。
Ⅱ. 过去分词/现在分词/不定式作定语的区别
名师解惑 非谓语动词作定语是高考考查的重点, 也是难点, 做题的关键是: (1)一看非谓语动词与其逻辑主语(即被修饰词) 之间是逻辑上的主谓还是动宾关系; 二看非谓语动词所表示的动作与谓语动词所表示的动作的时间关系, 两者是同时进行还是非谓语动词所表示的动作已经完成或尚未发生。 (2)如果是主谓关系, 就用现在分词ding, 表示被动就用being dne; 如果是动宾关系, 已完成, 就用过去分词dne, 如果动作正在进行, 就用being dne; 如果动作尚未发生, 就用t d, 表示被动就用t be dne。
