设计意图:通过图片直接导入与本文有关的话题,帮助学生尽快融入情景当中,为下面文章的阅读和理解奠定基础。
Step 2 Prereading

Task 1 Scan reading(速读).
教师将全班同学分为8个小组,小组中优帮差,小组间合作探究,迅速阅读课文,回答下面的问题。小组代表快速在黑板上写出答案,组与组之间进行比赛,说对答案的赢得一颗星。

设计意图:培养学生快速阅读短文提取文章大意的能力,此环节老师可以对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。问题较简单,大部分同学都能回答出来,增强了学生的自信心。
Task 2 Careful reading(细读).
T:Well dne!Bys and girls!Nw this time,I will make the exercise a little mre difficult.
Read the dialgue again and answer the questins. And there is still a cmpetitin between yu. I will give yu five minutes. If yu knw the answers please put yur hands up. And yu will win stars fr yur grup. Clear?G!
Read the lessn again and fill in the blanks f Exercise 2 n Page 35.
设计意图:此活动在任务的设计上加大了一定的难度,细读对文章的内容有更进一步的理解,小组合作探究,使学生在实际运用知识中获得成功的满足感。
Task 3 Read the dialgue alud after the recrder.
教师播放录音,播放一句,暂停一次,学生听并跟读对话。

设计意图:本活动设计在读课文两遍之后,学生对课文内容已经有了一定的了解,跟着视频大声朗读课文可以加深对文章的理解,并且对于学生准确的发音以及培养他们的语感有重要的作用。
Task 4 Wrk in grup f 8 t deal with the key wrds,phrases and sentences.
教师把学生分为8人一组,学生通过合作探究找出大屏幕上出现的重点句子,并学习。
T:This time,it’s yur wn reading time,please read and find the sentences n the screen in grups,and after that we will cme t the “Drill Time”.
the key wrds,phrases and sentences:
1.I’m ging t hang it frm the ceiling ver the desk.我要把它挂在桌子上方的天花板上。
hang动词,“悬挂”,其过去式和过去分词为hung;hung。ceiling名词,“天花板”。
2.I think I’m tall enugh.我认为我足够高。
tall enugh足够高,enugh副词,修饰形容词或副词要后置。
3.He sees Danny lying n the flr.他看见丹尼躺在地上。
see sb. ding sth. 看见某人正在干某事。
4.My tail hurts a little,but it’s nt serius.我的尾巴有点疼,但不严重。
serius形容词,“严重的”。其副词形式为seriusly。
5.N,that’s nt necessary.不,没有必要。
necessary形容词,“必要的”。在句中常作表语。
6.I dn’t think my arm is brken.我认为我的胳膊没有断。
句子结构:I dn’t think...句式为否定转移。实际的句意为:I think my arm isn’t brken.
设计意图:学生应是学习的主体,教师要努力调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,通过组内合作讨论,探究,找出对话中的重点短语和句子,把所学的知识转化为学习能力。

Finish the Exercise 3 n Page 35.
Step 5:Grup wrk
Wrk in grups f five. One f yu can be the narratr. The thers can be Danny,Brian,Mr. Jnes and Jenny. Rleplay the stry.
学生分角色扮演,评选“最佳演员”。
