Unit 1 ArtUsing Language Period 2教学设计                                        教材分析该部分的活动主题是“写一则艺术展览公告”（Write an art exhibition announcement）,要求学生阅读艺术展览推介文，撰写艺术展览公告。阅读文本的内容包含三部分，第一部分介绍了本次展览的主题和展品来源，第二部分引导读者关注展览的主要亮点，并总结展览的目的和意义，第三部分为读者提供有关展览的细节信息，包括展览开放时间、售票信息及观展的注意事项等。文章使用第一人称的口吻，能亲切地拉近与读者的距离。此外，文章很多句子都使用了被动语态，体现了内容的客观性和真实性，增强文章的说服力。教学目标 在本课学习结束时，学生能够：1. 了解艺术展览推介文的内容要素和语言特点，学会快速而准确地获取关键信息；2. 了解主题展览推介文和展览宣传页这两种应用文体的区别；3. 选择一个艺术主题，完成一则简短的展览公告。教学重难点【教学重点】1. 通过阅读主题展览推介文，厘清该种应用文的框架结构和重要的组成信息，把握该语篇类型的结构特征；2. 学生能通过阅读文章获取关键信息并重新整合信息，将内容转换为展览宣传页；3. 指导学生完成一则简短的展览公告，掌握公告所涵盖的内容。【教学难点】引导学生掌握主题展览推介文和展览宣传页这两种应用文的文体结构和组成要素，并撰写一篇展览公告。教学过程Step 1 Lead-inDiscuss the following questions with your partner.(1) Have you visited an art exhibition before?(2) What was the exhibition about? What were on display?(3) Where can you get the information about exhibitions that you want to visit?设计意图：激活学生对相关主题语境中的体验和经历，引出相关话题。Step 2 Reading1. Look at the pictures, the title, and the format of the passage. Make predictions by thinking about the following questions.(1) What is the content of the text?(2) What will be on display?(3) Where are you likely to read the passage?(4) What is the author’s purpose of writing it?Read the first paragraph to check your prediction.设计意图：引导学生关注文本的体裁特点，并学会快速而准确地获取关键信息。2. Read the passage and divide it into three parts. Then sum up the main points of each part.设计意图：引导学生关注语篇结构，并培养学生概括大意的能力。3. Read the passage again for detailed information and complete the mind map of each part.4. Summarize the structure of the passage.设计意图：要求学生仔细阅读文章，梳理出文本中每一部分的重要信息点，并总结出该展览推介文的结构特征。5. Complete the advertising leaflet according to the content of the passage.设计意图：通过完成宣传页文本，进一步梳理语篇信息，目的是帮助学生理解主题展览推介文和展览宣传页这两种应用文体的区别。同时，为后面的写作任务做好语言和结构上的准备。Step 3 ThinkingYou are now going to write an announcement for art club members about a trip to see an exhibition.(1) What should be included in the announcement?(2) How should the information be arranged?(3) How can you make the announcement more appealing so as to attract people to the exhibition?设计意图：引导学生关注公告的格式和内容，思考公告的基本结构，为后续的写作活动做好准备。Step 4 Pre-writing1. Work in groups. Brainstorm the details about the exhibition and take notes. Some useful expressions.设计意图：让学生基于阅读语篇的结构和内容，以及所提供的公告的基本格式和相关有用的表达，独立完成写作任务。Step 6 Post-writing1. Exchange your first draft with a partner. Use the checklist to assess your partner’s draft.2. Then take your draft back and revise it using your partner’s comments.3.
