Step 1 Lead - in
1. Greet the students with "Gd mrning, class!" and encurage them t respnd using the greetings they knw.
2. Ask the students t turn t their neighburs and practise saying "Hell" "Hi" and "Gd mrning" t each ther.
Step 2 Wrk n 1a
1. Intrduce the new wrds and sentences: "Hell" "Hi" "Gd mrning" and demnstrate their prnunciatin.
2. Write the new wrds n the bard and have students repeat after yu several times.
3. Shw pictures f different situatins (mrning, afternn, evening) and match them with the apprpriate greetings.
4. Display the picture in 1a with names and faces. Ask students t lk at the picture and match the names with the faces by saying the names ut ludly.
5. Write the names n the bard and have students cpy them in their ntebks.
Step 3 Wrk n 1b
1. Have students pair up and take turns practising the greetings frm Sectin A, "Hell,..." "Hi, ..." and "Gd mrning, ...".
2. Walk arund the classrm t prvide help and crrectin where necessary.
3. Ask several students t act ut in class.
Step 4 Wrk n 2a
1. Play an audi recrding that says all the English letters. Students listen and repeat each letter.
2. Have students practise writing the letters in their ntebks, fcusing n the crrect letter frmatin.
Step 5 Wrk n 2b
1. Listen and circle the letters students hear in 2a.
2. Play the recrding again, this time asking students t circle the letters they hear in the r - der they are spken.
3. Check answers as a class.
Step 6 Wrk n 2c
1. Play three shrt cnversatins that use the greetings frm Sectin A.
2. Students fill in the blanks with the crrect sentences they hear in the cnversatins.
3. Review the answers as a class.
Step 7 Wrk n 2d
1. Make up a cnversatin t greet each ther. Demnstrate a sample cnversatin between tw students greeting each ther using the greetings frm Sectin A.
2. In pairs, students make up their wn cnversatins using different greetings and names.
3. Select a few pairs t act ut their cnversatins in frnt f the class. Encurage the rest f the class t give feedback and applaud their classmates.
Step 8 Summary and Hmewrk
G ver the key pints f the lessn, emphasizing the imprtance f greetings in everyday cmmunicatin.
Assign hmewrk: Write at least five different cnversatins using the greetings learned in class, and practise writing the English alphabet three times.

2. Intrductin t tpic: We use greetings t shw pliteness and friendliness. Let's start by learning the English alphabet.
Step 2 Wrk n Prnunciatin 1
1. Shw the keybard n the screen and ask students t find the letters Aa t Zz.
2. Pair students up and ask them t practise finding the letters n the keybard and saying them ut ludly.
Step 3 Wrk n Prnunciatin 2
1. Play the audi fr the letters Aa t Zz and ask students t listen and repeat after the tape.
2. Highlight the similar sunding pairs like Bb and Dd, Gg and Jj, and have students pay attentin t the differences in prnunciatin.
Step 4 Wrk n Prnunciatin 3
1. Display the pictures f PRC, PLA, VR, WHO and UN n the bard.
2. Play the audi f the crrespnding letter sunds and ask students t match them with the pictures.
3. Shw sme ther letters such as WTO, NATO, CD and s n. Have students guess their meanings.
4. Ask students t think f mre letters and guess their meanings.
Step 5 Wrk n Prnunciatin 4
1. Play the sng "ABC Sng" and ask students t listen carefully.
2. Repeat the sng several times and encurage students t sing alng.
3. Ask students t stand up and sing the sng tgether, pinting t the letters as they sing.
Step 6 Summary and Hmewrk
Recap: Tday we have learned the English alphabet and hw t prnunce the letters cr- rectly. We als played a matching game and sang a sng t help us remember.
Hmewrk: Ask students t practise saying the alphabet at hme and sing the "ABC Sng" t their family members.

【教学过程】
Step 1 Lead - in
1. Greet the students with "Gd mrning" r "Hell" and ask them hw they are.
2. Have a brief discussin abut hw students greet each ther in their daily lives.
Step 2 Wrk n 1a
1. Write the expressins listed in 1a n the bard: "Hell!" "Gd mrning." "Hw are yu?" "Nice t meet yu." "What's yur name?" and "Gdbye".
2. Explain t students that these are cmmn ways t start a cnversatin in English. Ask them if they are familiar with any f these expressins.
3. Mdel the crrect prnunciatin f each expressin, emphasizing the stress and intnatin.
4. Ask students t repeat after yu, first individually and then in unisn.
5. Explain the meaning and apprpriate usage f each expressin. Fr example, "Hell" is a general greeting, "Gd mrning" is used in the mrning, "Hw are yu?" is a way t ask abut smene's well - being, etc.
6. Lk at the expressins in 1a and ask students t tick the nes they knw.
7. Ask students t read the expressins alud tgether and individually.
Step 3 Wrk n 1b
1. Lk at the pictures in 1b. Talk abut them and predict what they may say.
2. Play the audi f Cnversatin 1 and ask students t underline hw peple greet each ther.
3. Have students read the cnversatin silently, then alud in pairs.
4. Repeat the same prcess with Cnversatin 2.
5. Explain new wrds and expressins in the cnversatins.
Step 4 Wrk n 1c
1. Ask students t read the cnversatins in 1b again and fill in the blanks with the crrect respnses in the bx fr 1c.
2. Discuss the respnses and underline them in the cnversatins n the bard.
3. Check the answers.

2. Divide the class int pairs and have them rle - play the cnversatins with a partner. Encurage students t use their wn names and add mre lines t make the cnversatins mre persnal.
3. Ask several pairs t act ut their cnversatins in class.
Step 6 Summary and Hmewrk
Summarize the key pints f the lessn and ask students t repeat the expressins.
Assign hmewrk: Ask students t write a shrt dialgue with a friend, using the greetings and pening lines learned in class.
