Step1:Review and Match
T invites Ss g ver sme key wrds in the reading passage titled Jhn Snw defeats “King Chlera” and match the wrds with the definitins.
Step2: Review and Fill
T invites Ss t bserve thse wrds and pay attentin t the clred part. Thrugh bservatin, Ss are asked t infer the meaning f the affixes and fill in the frm. In this prcess, Ss are guided t pay attentin t the meanings, examples and functins f the affixes by sme questins.

1. Make phrases by cmbining the wrds
2. Match the meaning f fllwing underlined phrases.
3. Cmplete the sentences using the phrase frm the bx.
4. Replace the underlined parts with suitable wrds frm the bx.
Step4: Read and Fill
Read the passage abut medical science and cmplete it using the wrds belw
Step5: Read and Draw
T guided Ss t draw a mind map t help them have a better cmmand f this passage by prviding an example fr them.

In the end f the lessn, T sums up the tips n building up vcabulary that Ss have learned tday and makes a list f them.
